Clarifications of the Jupiter pepperoni storm

The clip that NASA has shared on National Pizza Day has a lot of meanings, as claimed by the space agency. The brightness of the temperature indicates the radiance, traveling upward from the top atmosphere towards Juno.

The international space union clarified why the latest captured Jupiter storm looks like pepperoni. NASA said that the disruption brings an uneven area temperature on the planet’s surface. However, many netizens joked around the fact of how the shape of it resembles that of a pepperoni pizza.

What captured the trace of the storm?

While floating past Jupiter, the Cassini spacecraft caught this view of the active view of Io – Jupiter’s third-largest satellite. As a backdrop, its largest gas giant offers a fantastic demonstration of the ruling planet’s relative size. The Cassini spacecraft was approximately 10 million kilometers from Jupiter when capturing the image data.
