Philly Graciously Welcomes Tom Brady’s TB12

Tom Brady’s health and wellness company, TB12, has found its home in the city that DENIED him a SuperBowl ring. Settling in at Vincera Institute in South Philly’s Navy Yard, TB12 is expanding to its fourth location after Tampa, Boston, and Foxboro.

Why Brady’s company decided to move to a city that utterly humiliated him is beyond our comprehension.

And yet, Philly welcomes you, Tom.

“The TB12 Method”

TB12 was founded in 2013 by Brady and his longtime body coach Alex Guererro. Inspired by Brady’s training method, The TB12 Method:

Integrates revolutionary concepts in deep-force muscle pliability work, hydration, nutrition, no-load strength and conditioning and cognitive performing training.”

Basically:

a holistic, systematic approach to health and wellness to help clients live without pain and enable them to learn more about the lifestyle choices that will keep them healthy, resilient, and vital for years to come.

Instead of a personal trainer and/or a nutritionist, TB12 assigns you a “body coach” to guide you on your fitness journey. This is a personalized, deeply involved training program for anyone who wants to experience

The Philly model of this method, I imagine, trains you on how to take an L like a literal champ.

It’ll teach you how to cheat better than anyone else. And then blame everyone else when you’re caught.

The Philly program will teach out how to kiss your son for a super weird length of time.

The expansion is further evidence that Philly’s Navy Yard is a force of innovation. That part of our town is only going up. Why wouldn’t Brady want to get a piece of this?

Welcome to Philly, Tom.
