In South Philadelphia, the 1600 block of 13th Street residents join together to create impressive displays of Christmas lights, inflatable snowmen, garland, and other fun decorations. Their decorations outshine every different neighborhood in the city and attract people from across the city. That’s how the Miracle on 13th Street became popular.
