  •       Choose wisely what to read at bedtime: Though most people prefer to read novels, this is not going to help you in any way to sleep on time, because they tend to create excitement within you and pushes you to go on. Similarly, going through your emails and news will only stress you further. The best option is to read some short narrative stories. Also try to read stories that you have already read, because they won’t contribute to exciting you in any way and indirectly help you to sleep on time.
  •       Take a heavy lunch: As suggested by the doctors, ensure that your lunch is a heavy one, but comparatively lighter than breakfast. This eventually helps to eliminate the sleeping ailments in you.
  •       Put aside gadgets: The most important strategy is to put your gadgets aside and not use them while you are trying to sleep. Gadgets can distract you in so many ways, wasting your time unnecessarily and finding yourself awake late for no reason. This is one major disturbance that you need to get rid of as early and possible. You will eventually visualize a positive impact on your sleeping habits and wake up time.

So, start to take those risks. Obviously, these should be calculated risks, but risky nonetheless. As you do this, you will actively be building up your level of self-esteem. This results in you being more willing to take risks. Remember, risks are what gets you ahead in life.
